In 2017, I turned my focus to Reverse Mortgages in order to reverse the current negative thinking about reverse mortgages. A Reverse Mortgage is also called Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). I am a Reverse Mortgage Specialist licensed to provide Denver HECMs and Reverse Mortgages in Colorado and beyond.

The regulations around Reverse Mortgages has changed significantly to protect the consumer. And, HECMs are insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
