    David Marr

    Mr. Marr has been in real estate and mortgage finance for over 25 years. Early in his career as a loan originator, he saw an opportunity to improve the lending process through technology. With this idea, he founded his first mortgage company that grew to over 1,500 loan originators and funded over 100,000 loans. He founded Catalyst Lending to build upon that legacy - "to be a Catalyst for positive change" -and to help more homeowners, loan originators and team members achieve a better life. He is an active philanthropist and serial entrepreneur. Mr. Marr has a BA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and a MBA from the University of Denver.

President & COO

Kevin Yamane

Mr. Yamane is a 25-year mortgage professional who has held senior management positions in production, operations and risk management in all channels of business - retail, wholesale and correspondent. He has run the secondary marketing department of a number of multi-billion dollar originators and was a founding member of the Aurora Loan Services conduit, responsible for sales, operations and capital markets. Over five years at Aurora he led the growth from $4 million per month to over $2.5 billion per month in both correspondent and wholesale production. Mr. Yamane was also instrumental in growing the Bear Stearns conduit's flow production in the Western Region from $20 million per month to over $700 million per month over a two-year period. He holds a BS in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.

Jeff Rudolph

A senior executive with over 30 years of valuable business knowledge, Mr. Rudolph had a successful 11-year career at Coopers & Lybrand, a Big Eight accounting and consulting firm, specializing in M&A and private placement of debt. In 2003, he started his mortgage banking career and has since held positions as CFO, President and CEO for both small and mid-size mortgage bankers. Mr. Rudolph is a director of Red Rocks Credit Union and is involved with a number of community and civic groups. He holds a BA in Accounting from Wittenberg University and a MBA from the University of Denver.

SVP Operations

Noel McGarvey

Mr. McGarvey has 23 years of experience in mortgage banking. He has held senior management roles in originations, operations, credit risk and quality control. He worked at PHH Mortgage during a time of 85% organizational growth while managing 1,500 closings per month. In his time at Pulte Mortgage, he ran operations with peak volume of 12,000 loans for $2.2 billion of production. He was tasked with managing credit risk and underwriting from 2007 - 2011. In his quality control role he was instrumental in driving consistency and process improvement.
